100 Years of Bauhaus

Das Totale Tanz Theater is a virtual reality dance experience inspired by Bauhaus stage experiments. It brings together choreography, music, costume design, and digital technology to explore the relationship between humans and machines. Users step into a dynamic dance world, questioning who controls whom.

A Dance Between Art and Technology

Guided by a “Tanzmaschine,” participants move through different levels of choreography, interacting with their surroundings. The experience reflects on the evolving role of people in a digital world, blending artistic expression with modern technology.

Creating the characters, costumes, rigs and streamline the retargeting of the base animations of each of the three dancers was my main part in this project. There was a lot iterations before finalizing the designs.

Also Modeling and designing parts of the environment and helping to prototype and shade the costumes. For the custumes we did somem initial tests in Cinema4d before continuing in Unity.
